Every participant needs to pay a registration fee of ¥3000. Attending the banquet is optional, and costs ¥4000 per person.

Please complete your payment for the banquet at reception desk if you applied to participate in the banquet by the registration form. To prevent troubles at reception, we cannot refund the registration fee and the banquet fee that you paid once. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
